As the Founder of Hanley Strategic Solutions, I established the consultancy from a deep passion for exceptional service and a vision for driving sustainable business success. My career spans commercial leadership roles with leading Irish & global brands including The MHL Collection, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, and Hilton, as well as award-winning independent 4- and 5-star properties.

Since establishing Hanley Strategic Solutions, I have focused on helping businesses navigate transformation—supporting owners and leadership teams through change, revitalisation, and growth. My work is hands-on, strategic, and client-centred—designed to build robust sales and marketing foundations, improve profitability, and elevate guest experiences in a highly competitive marketplace. Over this time, my focus has also evolved to include not only strategic transformation, but also providing mentorship and advisory support to business owners, leaders, and commercial teams.
